Terms of Service

These terms cover working with Zory, a one-person studio run by Samyar Shafiee. They are written plainly on purpose. If anything is unclear, email hello@zory.ca before you book and we will sort it out.

The one-time $499 build covers a custom website for your practice, delivered in about five business days from our kickoff call, with two rounds of revisions. The exact scope is confirmed with you on the call before any payment.

The build fee is a one-time charge. Care plans, if you choose one, are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars and may change for new projects.

Once the build is paid for, the website is yours. If you are not on a care plan, you can take the files and host it yourself. Third-party services (such as your domain registrar or analytics) remain governed by their own terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about your practice, for any content you supply, and for making sure your use of the website meets the professional and advertising rules that apply to your field.

We build websites with care, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as a set number of new patients. To the extent allowed by law, Zory's liability for any claim related to the work is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms over time. The version in effect for your project is the one in place when you book. Updates are reflected by the date at the top of this page.
